Representing the Sales division in product and platform projects — keeping delivery grounded in business needs, customer experience and practical adoption.
Business requirementsUATSales trainingCustomer perspective
My role: I represented the Sales division in cross-functional project discussions with IT, business stakeholders, Product Owners and Project Managers. My focus was to challenge impractical ideas, bring in the customer perspective and help sales teams prepare for changes.
01 / Collaboration
Connecting project decisions with real-world use
I took part in meetings throughout product launches and e-booking platform work, bringing the Sales division’s perspective into discussions with IT and project stakeholders. I helped assess whether proposed ideas were realistic for sales teams and customers, and raised usability concerns before decisions moved forward.
02 / Testing and adoption
User Acceptance Testing
Participated in UAT to test solutions from a business-user perspective and identify issues before rollout.
Sales training
Organised training for sales representatives and delivered sessions myself when the topic’s complexity made that appropriate.
